A former stockbroker turned farmer, Claire is a deeply passionate beekeeper based at the Whipstick National Park, Victoria. Her important work in the beekeeping industry - breeding genetically diverse queen bees and advocating for bee populations earned her the 2019 AgriFutures Victorian Rural Woman of the Year award.

20+ years of experience as CEO and COO of public and private companies across logistics, construction, technology, media, private equity & not-for-profit sector. Current CEO of Besen Family Office, former Chair of AusCycling & Cycling Australia, Amy Gillett Foundation, Djarragun College & Bama Services.
